When cooking meals, we use ingredients grown with love on our own farms and fields.
Milk is always natural, fresh and undiluted, generously delivered by cows, that live in comfort and eat exclusively clean green grass in our pastures.
Eggs are natural, big, laid by hens of various breeds, with rich yellow yolks as opposed to those that we can buy in the shops of the city. Hens live on our own farm, walk on air all day, eat seeds of a good quality and that affects the quality and size of eggs.
Potatoes are eco-clean, crispy and flavorful when cooked, grown on the fertile soil of our own grounds in the best climatic conditions.
Meat. Guests are offered meat dishes from animals raised on our own farm (goose, lamb, rabbit).
When checking out you can buy our homemade products. Don't forget to try our pies with meat, cabbage, egg, mushroom, apple or cherry flavor. Also make sure you buy a couple dozen eggs as well as potatoes grown on the fields of Serpukhov Area.
